The studio is exactly the same as the pictures on the website. Everything is perfect. The location is just a few minutes walk from the light rail station and the neighbourhood is quite and safe. The studio is well-equipped and stylish. Chris is very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Sydney.

We had an excellent stay at the Garden Studio. It was everything it was promised to be: convenient location, close to public transportation, clean, and well appointed. Chris is a great host, quick to address questions and issues, and respectful of his guests' privacy. Would definitely stay here again, or at any place where Chris was the host.

I've rented places all over the world-- Europe, North America, Asia-- and my experience at Chris's place is the best I've ever had. The flat is laid out for maximal aesthetic and functional value. It's well-equipped, too-- I stayed a month and was able to cook and even have friends over for dinner. The location was perfect for my work at the U. of Sydney-- an easy walk through parklands. It was close to shops, a great cafe, public transport to city sights and beaches, too. And finally, Chris is a great host and interesting person-- we had several good conversations about all sorts of things, and he was really helpful, looking out for me in a reassuring and quiet way. He even helped me put my bike together! Thanks, Chris, and hope to stay there when I come back to Sydney!

"The studio was just as described and photographed, and was exactly what i needed. It was great to have some outdoor space. Chris was very helpful when needed but otherwise left me in peace which suited me. I would recommend it to anyone.
